Died on May 18. Ok I know you may have never heard of him but what the heck he was big in Louisiana. Was the 1959 Heisman Trophy winner. Also was the MVP for each of the first two AFL championship games in 1960 and 1961. Had legal issues that got him kicked out of the college football hall of fame but he eventually got voted into it again. His 1959 Halloween night punt return against Ole Miss is iconic in Louisiana.
