What to do with Trump between now and when Biden takes over

What should we do with Trump between now and when Biden takes the oath of office?

Pence should take the lead, invoke the 25th, and boot him from office - he's a dangerous menace and has to go now

Congress should impeach him and make him the first President to be impeached twice (assuming the Senate won't move fast enough to remove him)

Let him stew in the White House the whole rest of his term and make sure the repo men are there to boot him out by noon on Jan 20th

As far as the first part you bolded, I guess you and I have a difference in understanding what "condemn" means. He basically says the election was stolen from him; the rioters are justified in doing what they did; he appreciates them for doing it; but it's time to go home now, thanks. I'm pretty sure most people would not characterize that clip as condemning the riots (unless they are part of the true Trump flock).
You left off where he said 3 times we have to have peace; also must have law and order, respect law emforecement, etc..
You’re ignoring where he gave the mob his support and didn’t actually condemn anyone until 26 or so hours later.

That is after his predecessor filled the leadership vacuum that Trump left.

Looks like Impeachment: Part Duex begins on Monday unless Trump resigns.

So....Monday will be another historic day on America.

How hard is it to simply pull a Nixon - with less than 2 weeks remaining (and virtually nobody left to implement his orders) Trump hands the Presidency over to Pence in exchange for a full pardon?

For Democrats politics never ends. This is nothing more than the first shot in the 2022 election. Any Republican in the House voting against a 2nd impeachment or any Senator up for reelection doing the same will be permanently painted with their vote. Smart strategy for the D's even if those votes are taken after Trump leaves office on January 20th.

It would be helpful for MAGA to imagine Twitter as a Christian bakery and Trump a gay man wanting a wedding cake. Twitter has rules. A bakery has rules. Both can deny service to someone that doesn’t align to their beliefs or follow the rules.

Not a perfect analogy but it’s close.

Nothing wrong with Twitter banning, but if they meted out bans equally it would help alleviate criticism.

There are plenty of people outside MAGA that deserve equal censorship.

The Christian bakery hasn't been given special liability immunity by the govt in the form of Sec 230, in exchange for allowing free speech..

This is clearly an orchestrated attempt by the left to stifle conservatives. Literally on the SAME DAY twitter bans Trump, Google pulls Parler from its app store, and Apple threatens to do the same within 24 hours unless Parler gives in to their extortion demands. If this had been done over the period of a year or a few months, it be one thing. But all 3 on the same day its clearly coordinated...

CEO of Parler responds to the Orwellian attempt to censor conservatives by Apple & Google:
"We plan on enforcing our [terms of service] and complying with law enforcement as we usually do. Apple believes they are in a political position strong enough to protect their anti-competitive interests by enforcing their censorship onto people on Parler.

We will and always have enforced our rules against violence and illegal activity. But we WON'T cave to politically motivated companies and those authoritarians who hate free speech!"
https://www.digitaltrends.com/social-me ... ial-media/

Good for him. Conservatives don't need another platform- the same thing would be done to whatever knew one they went to that currently exists, or created new. The people who already have the Parler app on their phone will still have it. Some might be able to bypass the app stores. Or can just go to the website directly. I think Ultimately this coordinated attempt by the left to stifle conservative free speech is going to fail, and even backfire..

Are you upset that he compared them to Nazis or that he copied Trump's approach to defaming an opponent without retribution? Biden has always been a plagiarist.

Warnock and the Pajama Boy don't get sworn in until 1/22. In late Jan/early Feb, instead of working on a China Virus relief bill, or a myriad of other more important things, they'll be having a Senate impeachment trial for a former president who's no longer in office, that they have almost zero chance of getting 2/3 to convict, who's 74, likely wouldn't ever run again anyway The American people are going to love that.
