We should be logging those places. No one visits parks or does anything outdoors anymore other than ski and golf. We could use the resources to pay off the National debt and keep Social Security solvent. :nod: :thumb:

Interesting quantitative approach to the value of national (and, by implication, state) parks. Although I agree with the principal points made, I suppose there are other ways to measure the result. And I fear there might be about 25 posts in this thread from JSO on the variables, methodology, and statistics.

This is true. 93henfan visited some National Parks last summer and single-handedly pumped about a half-million dollars into the economic circulation.
