AZ inadvertently explains everything you need to know about the problem
Our American political system has legalized corporate profit management tactics
it's now conveniently built into the system
So, like all of the previously mentioned "Cruelty Experiments"
where those in control exhibit verifiable human tendencies to extricate every last drop
We have AZ chiming in right on queue
to ask what does Russia do?
and then also perfectly point out creating strife and poverty is perfectly legal
Can you see my point now Kalm....
Hanauer needs to be asking different questions
Yep. We’re on the same page.
Really a person just ends up sounding like Noam Chomsky when you play it all the way out...
And Noam (Like Coscto) has been relegated to the recycle bin of "things better to be ignored"
So here we go...
The Corporate design is built perfectly in this regard
Because firstly - creating poverty among the ranks of your own employees isn't a crime (as AZ noted)
and in fact its so morally ambiguous and detached it can be defended as the right thing to do
Psychologically speaking
There have been dozens of experiments that are structured much like a Corporate Board
and without fail humans (good honest folks) grow to become emotionally detached from the subjects
So Boards presented with numbers over and over again
The numbers become the most important thing... and Wall Street verifies that conclusion
and the humans that represent the employee base
become an expense and a problem
you can make it more complicated than that -- but it's not
America
The End...
Also: Were I on a Board I would behave identically
This isn't some kind of indictment against rich people - it's an indictment against corporate design
Its perfectly designed to create distance and ambiguity
and Wall Street acts as the motivator reward system
Its absolutely perfect
perfectly good people stand no chance - see any cruelty experiment
Perfectly good people do horrible things if properly detached and motivated
again:
These are perfectly good people on these boards... grandma's and fathers and brothers (real humans)
