Having just returned from the East, gas is cheaper there than in Utah. 3.19 a gallon here, even higher in Nevada and higher still in Cali.

I see $2.73 in Milford and $2.75 at the station I used in TR. Meh.

Seeing as how the point completely escaped you, NJ used to have cheap gas, and now they don’t. Womp womp.

Here was before and after:

2015 gas tax per gallon: NJ 33 cents, DE 41 cents
2018 gas tax per gallon: NJ 56 cents, DE 41 cents

Some other 2018 numbers: PA 77 cents, MD 53 cents

Yes, but now they are about even in gas prices and you don't have to get out of your car in NJ.

I HATE having some smelly arab touch my car, and they won’t top off to the brim with diesel.

Self service for the win, always. I avoided NJ whenever I could even when they used to be cheaper than Delaware.
