So much fun watching big-spending progtards “worry” about the deficit. :jack:
I'm wondering what happened to all the "deficits are OK as long as you have growth" people

didnt the "healthcare for all" zombies say that?

The hypocrisy is rich on this but deficits still scare me. The bubble has to burst sometime.

You're worried about the deficit and yet your party wants to give away college, healthcare, living wage, etc., etc., etc.?

Do you actually believe that claim..?

So when they completely reworked Mercer Street it was $13 million for about a mile
but it included sidewalks as well as a full water movement and electrical upgrade and "Bike Lanes"

and they later added Westlake ave. as well and that was closer to $14 Million

Saying bike lanes cost $13 million a mile is like saying it cost $100 K to get my house painted
and then leaving out that it also included a new Kitchen two bathrooms

Look I get it... Conservatives hate Seattle
Which is really too bad because I'm able to love Dallas and Fort Worth
Which are hated by liberals

and none of it makes any sense
It’s hilarious watching you trying to defend this, even if it’s only partially true.
Look, I get it...
secretly I hate Seattle too
But if a guy is going to write a hit piece on Seattle why make sh!t up and print half truths..?
The simple verifiable facts are disturbing enough

This is precisely the problem with the Left and Trump
Why lie when the simple truth a damning enough

Frankly it's a disturbing trend on both sides of the media

You talk about destroying the economy. :dunce: :dunce:

You keep providing evidence over the last month or 2 that you have gone full retard. 1st it was "Time to throw out the Constitution." then it was we should have "10,000 legislators in Congress". Now this  You're about as clueless as that Cortez chick- just say whatever you think sounds good to their fellow clueless leftist milllenials.

You got that idea off you're prized copy of the Communist Manifesto you have at home. Even though its failed every time its been attempted to be implemented, they just never did it right, am I right? Even so, I'm sure you'd much rather we just all be equally poor. At least that would be fairer, am I right?

I'm being sarcastic about the $50K. I do think the top certain percentage of earners, whatever that is, should be taxed at 90% past a certain amount.

Nobody making a million a year is paying over 22% unless they're somehow also an idiot

...and moving that particular tax bracket rate around too much would require some work
Because: You get to that low percentage by not taking your salary in the form of a salary
and if the gov. start meddling with those widgets - you'll break the whole thing

It's fascinating
I hear people say things like that a lot
and then when you talk with them you realize a few things
1) they don't really know much about what's happening in the higher tax brackets
2) Those brackets are typically business owners who are in a high risk situation
3) Killing those tax incentivizers at that level kills the desire to take the risk

if you want to meddle with taxes
Start meddling at guys in the +25 million range

That's typically where the money is being stolen from the hedge investors in the middle class

If we do that what's to prevent the super wealthy from just changing their citizenship? They're already global citizens, all i think they would need would be a nation with favorable tax laws and Visa reciprocity. Some countries would find a way to expedite their citizenship applications in order to get a smaller piece of their income than we want.

Is this feasible Cid?

That's cool if they want to uproot their lives and move elsewhere; that's their right as human beings.

Also tax them 90% on the way out. On everything.

Radicalized Trip is funny, in a radicalized DBack sort of way.

Hopefully we can get them to a socialist country that can provide all their needs for them by the time they go completely insane.

Our subpar healthcare system isn’t prepared to treat this level of TDS.

Nah, I want a just capitalist society. I'm about center-left for my generation; half of them are actual socialists (which FYI, is neither a dirty or scary word to most people my age).

I just think vast wealth inequalities don't reflect on the productiveness of people, and that healthcare, food, housing, and education are basic necessities that should be provided to everyone - especially for a nation as productive as ours. No one should sleep worrying about any of those things.

Socialism shouldn't be a scary word for anyone. It's an example of a government style that has failed over and over in human societies. There will always be someone that creeps to the top, and takes over and controls the wealth. That leads to all sorts of issues within the socialist nation. It's like 90% tax rate on everyone except the elite that run the socialist nation. It's not scary, it just doesn't work like the sheeple are told it will work.

Which proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that you and your generation are ignorant of facts.
