She claims the pharmacist loudly questioned her in front of other customers and rejected her and her doctor's requests to transfer the prescription to another location.
News of the encounter comes weeks after another woman, Nicole Arteaga, was denied her miscarriage medication at a Walgreens pharmacy in Peoria, Arizona.
Both pharmacists' actions were justified under Arizona law.

Arizona is one of six states that allows pharmacies and pharmacists to refuse to fill a prescription on religious or moral grounds.

keep it around 5 billion and we'll still be able to feed everybody even if we scorch the place
The population debate is going to happen - and our children (the millenials) are going to have this discussion
it will be fascinating to see what the "everybody gets a trophy" generation comes up with

Well, denying medicine to people on moral grounds is legal in places... so, I guess population could be argued to be a moral position?
Though, focusing on seniors isn't that effective for population control as they've already had all the children they can. Better focus on people before they reach reproductive age.

All one needs to do is look at a world map of birth rates by country to see why it won't happen in any substantive way. It's not whitey breeding like rabbits and the very idea that white people might not be responsible for some of the world's problems is racist.CID1990 wrote:I am fully convinced that we have about 1 billion too many people on the planetChizzang wrote:An average of 25,000 to 29,000 children under five die each day on planet earth...

The millenial solution will be more white, granola-fed herbivores vowing to not have children while we get laughed at for dropping contraceptives and feminism pamphlets over the middle east and Sub-Saharan Africa. Meanwhile Islam spreads across the globe.

Why is death so awful? Maybe God is in such a better place and calling people to his Kingdom at an early age is a good thing. It's a fairy tale, remember? Why is your version of the fairy tale so Earth-centric?Chizzang wrote:Well...andy7171 wrote: This one of my favorite lines. Please explain?
