I just walked through a store for the specific reason of looking at mannequins since I never noticed them before.

Not even with a child's imagination can you drive a Nazi salute from the way the arms are bent and the hand orientation.

To be honest, I could definitely see somebody doing this, but I can also see somebody doing this as a hoax.

The footage shows the mannequins' arms were down at 4:27 p.m. At 5:16 p.m., cameras showed a customer taking photos of the mannequins and then lowering one of the arms.

Eh, from the photo it does look like someone made them look that way on purpose - you don't normally see mannequins in stores with their arms up. If I owned the store I'd fire the person responsible - if you want to joke around with mannequins and Nazi's do it on your own time.

Good point - either someone did it as either a really bad joke or in sympathy with Nazis, or someone thought they could go viral online and make it seem like the store did it (i.e. hoax). It's pretty clear it was intentional.
