Well, both are in bad taste and both should not be done. But Michelle Obama can only cast one vote, the 1/4 of Trump supporters casted millions of votes. In an election, you don't disparage the voters and then wonder why you didn't get enough votes.

It was some kind of class action suit

and didn't Walmart already get fined $10 Mil on Illegal workers suit..?
