My cousin (who is white, BTW) was ticketed and then spent quite a bit of time in court in Va Beach because she left her 8 year old in the car to run inside a convenience store. The car was parked in front of the door and she went only to the cashier, 20 feet away

if people dont like the police "harrassin" people maybe they should question the laws that make it possible
