Ironically enough- just keep retreating from them

Let the students run the Evergreens

Keep giving police "stand down" orders when they want to burn down city blocks

Let them continue to embrace Islamists/liberation theology/intersectionality

Give them all the room they need to find their Robespierre

Question diversity and lose your job. The guy probably should've known better, but it's still pretty chilling.

Oh I'm not blaming Google. the problem here is that we have a climate where you do need to fire someone for this thing. I would be you anything there's a lot of workers at these tech companies that are thinking the same thing but wont say anything because of the Maoist political climate

When you look at the demographics of CS students in America, I'm not sure how you get the numbers of women and non-Asian minorities that the diversity police wants. It shouldn't be the responsibility of Google to fix perceived injustices in the education system that mean teachers are keeping lots of women from being world-class coders.

Our legal system - created by Lawyers for Lawyers - is the most litigious in the world
In fact our system is designed to REWARD frivolous bullsh!t lawsuits just like the one Google is trying to avoid

So in short
We have a legal system that rewards lunacy
and you can't shut down crazy thinking if the system rewards crazy thinking

I don't disagree.

The "diversity training" a lot of corporations and institutions have today are absolutely laughable and if there's any white nationalists or he-man woman haters they will be even more steadfastly attached to their views after they are done.

They aren't stupid enough to think these things actually work, and they don't actually think diversity is vitally important. It's pure CYA to keep the Eric Holders and Loretta Lynch's from digging around trying to find some straw to grasp onto.

This would be prime territory for Trump to step in and get congress to fix some of this schit with legislation, but I don't have any confidence in that buffoon. :ohno:

What does intersectionality have to do with it?

Cheney actually has three intersectional stop lights now! This one leads you south of town over the tracks to where EWU educated organic growers and traditional dry land wheat farmers have been making America great for over a century.
