What you should've said that the gov't should recognize ANY marriage.
I think you mean ‘shouldn’t’. And that I would agree.

Ok, let me re-phrase. If you want to go take Saturday trips to Bed, Bath, and Beyond, argue over who misplaced the keys, spend hours discussing paint colors, watch Netflix every night, and very occasionally fuck some dude you're married to, then go take Saturday trips to Bed, Bath, and Beyond, argue over who misplaced the keys, spend hours discussing paint colors, watch Netflix every night, and very occasionally fuck some dude you're married to. No one cares, and since the government got in the marriage business at all, it is what it is.

Have you ever been to NYC..?
Do you know how many black people are in NYC..?
I'll give you a hint (several million)

Why wouldn't Chick Fil-A be successful in NYC..?
Starbucks and Costco are successful in the South right..?

So you are telling me that blacks make up a large percentage of the patrons in NYC? Enough to make them "successful"?

I am still well right of center, but IMO I'm way closer to the middle than a lot of the liberals that post here. I've become more of a "walk a mile" person. I debunk a lot of what my far right friends forward, post or repeat in the hopes that they will think about the issue instead of repeating the crap on the radio or TV. Years ago I probably would have never voted for gay marriage, but I did when it came up in MD. As you noted, I used to be pro capital punishment and now I'm way more in favor of rehabilitation than incarceration. I've become quite anti-war. I am still pro-life and I don't see that changing unless I suddenly have a brain injury.
You are of course describing me too T from the other direction. Surrounded by conservatives, debunk my liberal friends, etc.

This is my favorite game.

If you supported Hillary can you really be a liberal?

If you support tax cuts over debt reduction (especially during an economic upturn) are you really a conservative?

If you shout down Ben Shapiro and prevent him from speaking on your campus are you really a liberal?

All of this. It's should be up to churches. If they don't want to marry gays, that's their choice, but some will.

I remember blueballs saying he would never give another penny to Jawjuh Suthun if Bill Ayers spoke on campus. I wonder if he lived up to that.

Lazy? True. But not when it comes to protesting. It’s our favorite sport...next to frisbee golf and hacky sack.

The only time we'd see you run is if Love and Rockets reunion tour tickets just went on sale down at the mall.

The only time you'd see Cleets run was if they were giving away self-driving Google cars made by Elon Musk.

The only time you'd see Jelly run was if Bill Ayers were giving a speech at his alma mater.

The only time you'd see Jon run was if they were allowing free batting practice on Dan Cathy's skull.

The only time you'd see houndawg run is if you put him in a blender and poured him downhill.

They’re now the Poptones with original members Daniel Ash and Kevin Haskins and they’re touring playing Love and Rockets, Tones, and Bauhaus originals. I’ve seen some clips and a buddy went last year in Seattle. Supposed to be an amazing show. Won’t miss them this time around. :thumb:
