Not only yes, but hell yes. Almost all the good-looking women on that channel are lightweights.

I laugh at NBC for the absurd amount of money they threw at Megyn Kelly. And Fox News shot itself in the foot bigtime by throwing O'Reilly out and keeping the dipschit bimbos.

The POS got what he deserved, and hopefully she will sue his ass off. However, without digging too far into the legalities, getting a blood sample from the patient was within the law.

I don't think getting a blood sample was legal. Patient was not a suspect and he was unconscious so he couldn't give consent.

That's how I remembered the case when it came up - the guy was unconscious and there wasn't a search warrant to authorize it. By the law at the time, he couldn't get the sample legally then.

I would agree, but the sticking point is that he had a CDL. There is required post-accident testing of commercial drivers according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

It's net change.

He's not currently below 29% in any state (just DC :D Hawaii is the lowest at 30.8% approval).

Wrong.
(g)(1) The results of a breath or blood test for the use of alcohol, conducted by Federal, State, or local officials having independent authority for the test, shall be considered to meet the requirements of this section, provided such tests conform to the applicable Federal, State or local alcohol testing requirements, and that the results of the tests are obtained by the employer.

Since there was a fatality, testing is required, period. No consent needed or required.
