No I've written it before. He is an embarrassment to the "Conservative" cause and has been for a long time. I try to remember that it's not likely that someone with a below average IQ could be as successful as he is doing what he does. But some of the stuff that comes out of his mouth. He is one of the most popular leading voices in conservatism on the most popular news network in America, and has been on top for a very long time. He represents the conservative cause, quite successfully.

Back in the day, when I was hooked on talk radio, there was only two stations in Spokane. One had the Pat Buchannon show with his side kick, the Reverend Barry Lynn. It was AWESOME! The other had Rush. The one got rid of Buchannon after a couple of years and brought in Hannity and O'reilly. I actually suffered through that for quite some time and got intimately familiar with the conservative cause.

Thank god for local shows, sports radio, and the advent of podcasts.

Ann Coulter? Nope. Hannitty...heard of him from you folks on here, but have never listened to him...not once. Rachel Maddow? Never watched her...only know her pictures from on here. Looks like a dyke. I watched the nice looking lawyer on FOX over my mother's house two or three times for about a half hour. Apparently, I visited Mom Cluck's house at that same time...seems right, because those times she hadd the TV on I had to interrupt what was being said to go get Lil' Cluck from school. She's hot...seems smart. But I don't know anything about her or her politics. Those views were a long time ago. Thought about her when Trump said she was being unfair to him, whatever that means. She's hot.

I don't think you folks realize how little I watch TV. I don't watch any sitcoms...and can't tell you what is on network television. I have a 12 year old son...and he hasn't grown up watching network TV shows. If he watches things, it is something science or nature oriented. We've seen a couple Shark Tanks (less than half a dozen), and a couple cooking shows. I don't get FOX news channels. No MSNBC. I found out the other night (admitted it on here) that I get CNBC. Watched part of the Repub debate with my son. Boring. Scripted stuff. Not sure why people oogle over candidates when they state their positions, especially when those positions are not detailed enough to make an informed judgement. Add in that the candidates are coached on their positions, and probably haven't thought about how to actually implement them (wasn't Obama supposed to get us out of Iraq, close Gitmo, and promised a whole host of other things during his candidacy), and things like the debates don't make me change my opinion on candidates. Sound bites...not my thing.

I prefer to read in order to get my news. No, not books written to make money for the celebrity writers.

Anyway, flame away...it doesn't matter. All of the celebrities you folks mention mean nothing to me. You might as well be talking about the Kardashians (no, I've never seen that show either, but I have seen their pictures on magazine covers and their faces in some advertisements). I have zero interest in that stuff...life is too short to waste time on those things.

If I am protesting anything, it is that too many people are being led by a ring put through their nose. There is more to life than watching TV and following the lives or opinions of celebrities.

I have fun on here because there is some interaction...an exchange of information and opinions. Does anyone get that from watching someone on TV? Do you yell at the TV set and think you are being heard?

Oprah (never watched the show, BTW), Hannity, ________ (<--- insert name here)...all scripted crap. Why does any of that matter except that some people form their opinions from those folks (scary)...and then watch them to reinforce their views instead of learning something new.
