SOS, Senator, 1st Lady? How would you rate her as SOS? Gubernatorial experience trumps Senate experience 99% of the time. She was definitely a very involved 1st Lady but her health care initiative was DOA. Yes you can learn from your mistakes but typically there is evidence of that learning in future successes. What are her successes? She's a serial politician/insider/liar with a resume long on titles and short on results. If her cv/resume listed her accomplishments rather than her responsibilities it would be more than a little bare.kalm wrote:What's funny is she's probably the most competent candidate we've had in our lifetimes. IMO, Kasich is the most qualified candidate left standing in 2016. Mitt was definitely more qualified despite his lack of charisma.

a) Every candidate does it
b) Sometimes you just can't get it done because of the Legislature or lack of appropriations, and
c) I said so.

I can guarantee that he could probably give a reasonable explanation on all of those (except maybe the gift thing ). A lot of that is contextual.

As with kalm's article, much of this is contextual.Grizalltheway wrote:Here you go, Francis. Try to lighten up while you're reading it.CAA Flagship wrote: A response that I expect from the tolerant left.

I still don't see lies to the level of Clinton's.

Because she is not defendable. Much of it has been proven with videos and emails.kalm wrote:But neither of us is defending Clinton or claiming that she's honest.CAA Flagship wrote: As with kalm's article, much of this is contextual.

You and GATW pulled up two articles from lefty journalists that have had a hard on for a Republican Governor and all they came up with is contextual BS.
Is he squeaky clean? No, but I don't think the people he serves have suffered because of it.

I didn't say she was defendable from a perspective of honesty. I agree she's dishonest.CAA Flagship wrote:Because she is not defendable. Much of it has been proven with videos and emails.kalm wrote:

Seriously, this is a Jersey politician we're talking about. Next he's going to claim that ODU plays great defense.kalm wrote:I didn't say she was defendable from a perspective of honesty.
