I don't really see anything pertaining specifically to police/fire, but I guess that's OK. The EC(b) has most of the people, pays most of the taxes, has most of the infrastructure needs, and therefore gets moved to the front of the line for major projects. Fair enough?

In fact, fire services are generally underfunded. There's a large chunk of change that goes to the EP so they can cause gold mine wastewater spills that I would rather see diverted to basic services.
