BTW,

Until next year it's "The Green By Pckers" as "A" is gone until then.....
But A-Aron has two A's in his name for some reason. Can't they each use one?

Re: MLB Off-Season News

Comparing Morris to pitchers that weren't even in the league in 1980 or any other year is desperate and just makes your argument invalid. But I'll play along with that. "Although he never won a Cy Young Award, he was in the top 5 in the voting five times and never higher than #3." Meaning...

Re: MLB Off-Season News

Why are you guys arguing over a defined period of time? It's meaningless. Cuz that's one of the things we do here on CS. Prove a blanket homer-based statement to be incorrect. Jack Morris was a very good pitcher. I won't argue against him being voted in the HOF. He just wasn't "the best pitche...

I’m not 89, so you’re welcome to have a different opinion and I don’t really care to change your opinion. But we’re talking facts here, and it is fact that he was not the best pitcher of the 80s. Not going to change any facts, just happened to see these guys pitch during the 1980's. I'll even base ...

Well, you let us know when you have time to hit the googles for a list of his totals. When that time comes, it won't be difficult at all to refute your statement that he was the best pitcher of the 80's. Good luck trying to change my opinion. :tothehand: I’m not 89, so you’re welcome to have a diff...

Oh boy. Eagles confirm it is a torn ACL and Wentz is out for the season.
What looked like a good possibility that the Eagles would make it to the SB seems like, to me, a remote possibility now.
At least the remaining Eagles QBs don't have downs like the Giants.

Re: 2017 Wentzlessadelphia Eagles Thread

Philly still has a reliable #2, they could still make noise in the playoffs. I still think the Eagles are the faves to win the NFC, assuming they win 2 out of the next 3 and secure homefield advantage. Playing teams at the Linc will be far easier than playing in one of the domes on the road. But wi...
