Re: What's a SCOTUS to do?
The way forward is clear. Charge someone with a crime under 18 USC 2383. Get a conviction. Boom, can't hold office. It's all right there. And yet, we refuse to do that with Trump. Crazy times. It's not that clear as SCOTUS is dragging its ass on the presidential immunity ruling. If Trump is immune ...

Re: Team Trump v/s Everyone
Trump was indicted by Jack Smith long ago. More than a year before the election. Before Trump even announced his candidacy. The DOJ rule isn't that everything must be wrapped up and all trials concluded before a 60 day window. DOJ would not have let Jack Smith indict Trump in the 60 day window. But,...

Russia and Ukraine signed the Minsk agreements in September 2014. DPR decided to take the Dnipro airport in January 2015 anyway. They signed the second Minsk agreements in 2015 promising not to do that again. They did... but, a full scale invasion. Excuse me, "Special Military Operation." ...

I watch about zero NFL anymore. Three hours of commercials for maybe 15 minutes of action...might as well watch soccer :ohno: I'm not claiming to watch a lot of it, but I'll watch the Vikings and bits and pieces of other games. I love soccer and watch the hell out of it. I watch every single game o...

Ukraine was taking out the lead vehicles and clogging up the roads so the convoy couldn't progress. They'd clear the roads and the next lead vehicles would be taken out.
