Re: Pot Problems in Paradise

Squares like Hogie and Hen crack me up. :loser: All of what Chizzie said. It simply takes time. When it was first legal, people were still buying from dealers. Now everyone is going to stores except a few who grow their own. Just like most people buy veggies at the grocery store rather than...

And I've now seen a sitting congresswoman with a degree in economics who thinks that NY has $3 Billion just sitting around and was going to write a check to Amazon for their tax incentives but thinks that instead they should use that $3 Billion to help subsidize nonworkers....like there's just $3 b...

How is it paranoia? Hogie posted the article showing 80% of CA's pot purchases are black market... pretty much like I said would happen.

Re: New Gallup Poll: Legalization of Marijuana?

It's already happened here and it's really no big deal. The state will iron out the retail, manufacturing, and wholesale end of the equation. Some will purchase it through those channels, some will grow their own, some will share their homegrown with friends, less and less will acquire it illegally...

Re: New Gallup Poll: Legalization of Marijuana?

:suspicious: There are lots of reasons to be against it IMO. Not sure I recall saying anything about smuggling legal pot, but as 93 and I pointed out, that does already happen with legal cigarettes. Of course it will happen with pot. That said, I'm not sure it's one of the biggest challenges. You g...

Beto is a dud because he's not emotional? I honestly don't get his appeal. I've seen a couple speeches where he tried to be angry or impassioned, but he comes across as a dullard IMO. Just because you use "****" a lot doesn't mean you are impassioned. He's like a younger Dukakis. But what...

Everyone accuses Trump of stoking fear and anger... why would you take the same approach against him? Where he is vulnerable ...
